An experimental work done inspired by the spirituality of the Muslim's Isra' Mi'raj; the day in which Muslims believe that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was ascended to the heavens to meet god. I took this idea and created a fantasy piece of a man finding spirituality as the light of god penetrates through his soul; thus setting his soul free and finding himself in god.
Inspired by the work of the infamous Da Vinci's Mona Lisa. I extracted the idea that was shown in the background landscape of his portrait; he was a man far beyond his years and time as he saw a clear division between nature and technology. Hence, i recreated my own rendition of the coexistence and division of nature and technology in this modern era.
